BOOKING YOUR STAY
To obtain a reservation, a completed and signed booking form is required together with the initial non-refundable deposit (1/3 of the total rent due). A security deposit of £300 will also be required to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the property during your stay. This will be returned to you if everything is satisfactory when you leave. The balance of the rent together with the security deposit is payable six weeks before the start of the rental period. The rental period commences at 4pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the last day
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and change over day is Saturday.
Exceptions can be made out of High season.
